https://naturepotion.com (“Nature Potion”, “we“, “us” or “our“) is pleased to invite you to participate in the Nature Potion ‘Refer Your Friend’ promotion (“Promotion“) under the Nature Potion Privileged Customer Rewards Program (“Program“).

  1. These Promotion terms and conditions (“Terms“) are in addition to terms and conditions of the naturepotion.com accepted by you. Only with respect to this Promotion, in the event of any conflict in the provisions of other Rewards Program Terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail. All capitalized terms not defined in these Terms, have the respective meanings set forth in the Rewards Program Terms.
  1. The Promotion will commence on 1st July 2021 and ends at 31st Dec, 2021 (“Promotion Period“) unless revoked by Nature Potion in its sole discretion without any prior notice.
  1. Subject to these Terms, under this Promotion, for every person you refer (such person hereinafter referred to as the “Referee“) to Naturepotion to refer and buy products on the naturepotion site / or direct sale
  • You will be eligible to receive Rewards worth up to 2.5 % of the selling price  when the Referee buys on the Nature potion site.
  • Additionally, such person who you refer to Naturepotion under this Promotion or Referees will be eligible to receive Rewards worth upto 5 % once such person buys  on Nature potion site or directly.
  • Rewards are calculated on price excluding taxes, other levies and shipping charge
  1. By participating in this Promotion, you expressly agree that you have requisite authorization and permission to provide such Referee’s name, e-mail address and contact information to Nature potion and will indemnify Nature potion.com / or its affiliates for any loss or damage incurred by Nature potion  in connection with Nature potion’s use of such Referee’s information.
  1. You are not eligible for this Promotion, if you are not invited by nature potion or any of its privileged  customers who are part of this program.
  1. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond our control, we may substitute similar alternative prize/Rewards of equal or greater value in our sole discretion.
  1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by us, the Rewards will only be awarded directly to the eligible parties. The referee or referer cannot sell, transfer or assign the Rewards to any other person.
  1. Each Reward offered under this Promotion will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose)”.
  1. Nature potion  reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether or not you have successfully met all the criteria to avail the Rewards under this Promotion.
  1. Nature potion reserves the right to terminate your participation under this Promotion, at any point of time, in its sole discretion, with or without cause, including if any one of the criterion outlined herein are not met.
  1. You acknowledge and agree that at any point of time, Nature potion reserves the right to cancel, modify, change, suspend or withdraw any of these Terms as it may deem fit, in part or in their entirety, with or without cause, without giving any prior notice, without incurring any liability whatsoever.
  1. Nature potion  does not waive any right under these Terms, by failing to insist on compliance with any of the provisions of these Terms or by failing to exercise any right hereunder. To the extent permissible under any applicable law, Nature potion  waives and disclaims all responsibility and liability for any damages or losses arising out of any statute, contract or otherwise from or in connection with the Promotion or any Promotion related activities and any benefits/ prizes provided hereunder.
  1. Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, Nature potion  shall in no event be liable for any special, direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including but not limited to damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of these Terms, any documents referenced in these Terms, or any addenda or amendment hereto even if Nature potion had been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  1. Any disputes arising out of and in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kerala only.
