◦ To create user name/ required to provide personalized experience while answering question/ required to generate order invoice and shipment details by us as well as our shipment partner.

◦   Required to generate order invoice and shipment details by us as well as our shipment partner including the Post code, City, Country etc.

◦   These details will be printed on the shipment labels for facilitating the delivery process

3. Country

◦   We require the country you belong to answer you better/ to analyse your health related query better

4. Phone Number

◦   Required to identify you as a member of the loyalty program, generate order invoice and shipment details by us as well as our shipment partner/ we may use your telephone number to contact you regarding your purchase

5. Email id

◦   Your email id is required to answer your question, to contact you in case we need more details about your question, to revert with the solution to your query, to receive communication on order related updates and if you subscribe, you may opt to receive offer and promotional emails

6. Date of Birth

◦   We require the date of birth to offer discounts and special offers. Maybe used for analytical purposes, to understand age and provide relevant offers

7. Anniversary Date

◦   We require the Anniversary date to offer anniversary discounts and special offers

8. Gender

◦   We require gender details for analytical purposes to provide relevant offers

9. IP address

◦   We record IP address to show that the correct tax was applied to the sale, which we are required to do by law. Required to store for security purposes for aiding us to track any individual in case of any misshaping in our website/ system

◦   To create a record of your order, to fulfil the orders and analysing our sale in each arena

Any comments and content posted by you on our platform may be received /stored/collected by third parties. We are not responsible for the information you choose to share on the platform.

 WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS ON WHICH WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

  • Performance of a Contract: some of the Personal Information processed is performed on the basis that it is necessary for the performance of our agreement with you. For example we use your personal information in order to complete the delivery of the product you purchased on our platform

  • Payment Information: You may provide payment information when you use the Platform to buy our Products, including credit cards numbers, billing information using third-party intermediary PCI-DSS compliant service providers. The payment information is provided directly by you, via the Platform, into the PCI/DSS-compliant payment processing service to which the Company subscribes, and the Company does not, itself, process or store the payment information, except as stated herein. Further, these intermediaries are not permitted to store, retain, or use your billing information for any purpose except for payment processing on our behalf.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user id and password while using our platform. Any such information revealed by you cannot be secured by us.
  • You can contact our customer care executives in case of any assistance required while using our platform. However, please be aware that such calls are recorded for training purposes.

 

FOR HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

There is no stipulation to preserve your personal information in an identifiable format for longer than the provisioned time limit. we hold your personal information for a period of two years from the date that your relationship with the platform ends. However, in case of a legal complaint raised by you in regards to our products or services, we may retain your personal information for two years following the date of your complaint or query. We only store your personal information for this period to establish, bring or defend legal claims as a mandatory legal requirement.

The only exceptions to the periods mentioned above are in situations where in the law requires us to hold your personal information for a longer period, or delete it sooner.

  • However, we shall not be liable to any Customers for any loss, damage (whether direct, indirect, consequential or incidental) or harm caused to the Customers due to the unauthorized access or misuse of the Personal Information by any third party.

Please note that our privacy policy is reviewed and changes are made from time to time. When changes are made, the Policy link will include a notation “Revised (date).” indicating that you should review the new terms, which will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, with an updated effective date. when using our platform after any revision has been made in the policy , you are agreeing to the modifications made in the policy and any changes contained therein.

The Customer irrevocably agrees that courts in Kerala, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy or the use of web site
