Customers may request order cancellations; however, a processing fee of 15% of the Gross order value will be charged.
In addition to the processing fee, all incidental expenses related to the order, including but not limited to freight charges, packaging costs, payment gateway fees, and any other applicable charges, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be processed within 15 days business days after the deduction of applicable charges. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Certain orders, including those in the shipping process or already delivered, may not be eligible for cancellation.
